§ SEO Optimization

How SEO optimization works.

What's built in automatically

OptiPublish optimizes every piece of content for search engines without you touching a setting:

  • Keyword Integration — Natural placement of your target keyword at the right density
  • Heading Structure — Proper H1, H2, H3 hierarchy generated automatically
  • Meta Descriptions — Auto-generated meta descriptions (150–160 characters)
  • Readability — Content structured for easy scanning and lower bounce rate
  • Internal Linking — Suggestions for related content on your site

SEO best practices

  • Use your primary keyword in the title and first paragraph
  • Include related keywords naturally — don't force them
  • Keep paragraphs short (2–4 sentences)
  • Add relevant images with descriptive alt text after generating
  • Write compelling meta descriptions if you want to override the auto-generated one
SEO note

Search engines prioritize content that genuinely helps readers. OptiPublish generates content focused on the user's query, not just keyword stuffing.

§ Troubleshooting

Common issues & solutions.

Plugin won't activate

  • Check you meet the minimum system requirements (PHP 7.4+, WP 5.0+)
  • Deactivate other AI or content plugins that might conflict
  • Increase PHP memory limit to at least 128MB in your hosting settings
  • Contact support if the issue persists after the above steps

License key not working

  • Copy the entire key — no leading or trailing spaces
  • Verify the domain matches the one you purchased the license for
  • Check if you've exceeded your site limit for your plan tier
  • Email support with your order number and domain

Content generation is slow

  • Check your server's internet connection
  • Try generating shorter content first to confirm the plugin is responding
  • Clear your browser cache and reload
  • Contact your hosting provider about server response times

Output quality issues

  • Provide more specific keywords and topic descriptions
  • Adjust the tone and content length settings
  • Try regenerating with different parameters
  • Always review and edit before publishing — AI is a starting point, not a final draft
