Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no long-term contracts. To cancel your monthly subscription, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll cancel it for you — your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Can I buy access for more than one user?

Yes. Pick 1, 2 or 3 users above and every price updates — extra users are discounted, so two users cost less than two separate plans. Each user gets their own license key and their own monthly token allowance.

Do unused tokens roll over?

No. Token credits reset at the start of each billing cycle to keep pricing simple. Upgrade your plan before the cycle ends if you need more.

What happens if I hit my limit?

You can upgrade your plan at any time from the plugin info page inside WordPress. Your new token count applies immediately after upgrading.

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are considered for eligible situations such as critical technical issues we cannot resolve, duplicate purchases, or non-delivery. Change-of-mind refunds are not available for digital products. See our full Refund Policy for details and the request process.

How do I get my license key?

Your license key is sent by email immediately after purchase. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, or email us with your order number.

Does it work with any WordPress theme?

Yes. OptiPublish Plugin works inside the standard WordPress block editor and is compatible with any theme. It requires WordPress 5.0+ and PHP 7.4+.
